Occupation: Undergraduate studying Microbiology and a certificate in creative writing. I am an international student from India.
Why Iowa City? The University of Iowa was one of the top choices for me for my higher studies and the research opportunities led me to this University.
Why did you participate in the Banner Project? I wanted to participate in this project to reflect the international students’ engagement on-campus and helping in welcoming other international and domestic students on-campus.
Fun Fact: I am currently the co-chair for International Student Advisory Board, Vice-president for South Asian Student Alliance, and an International Student Ambassador along with being a research assistant.
